Bobby: How we tied knots, and brewed grog, and divvied up the spoils of war...
Bobby: I'm... I'm really gonna miss you, Cap'n Pegwood.
Bobby: I bet my dumb parents never slaughtered a defenseless fishing village and took their women for scullery maids!
Cap'n Pegwood: Don't be so harsh on the ol' folks, Bobby! They still got wallets you kin steal from, ain't they?

The computers tell me it was 20 years ago, June 9, 2006, that I arrived in New York for my first-ever comic convention as an exhibitor, MoCCA.
It was an important trip for me, a milestone in what would go on to become my career.
