[[Two companions, one wearing a top hat and the other something like a porkpie hat, are sightseeing near a bridge.]]
Tophat: Let's go take a look at the other side!
Porkpie: I can't. My phone is full.
Porkpie: Let's just go home.
Tophat: Go... HOME? Do bridges tucker you out?
Porkpie: No, my phone is full. I can't take any more pictures. So what's the use of seeing anything else?
Tophat: So nothing has VALUE for you unless you can DOCUMENT it somehow?
Porkpie: Pictures are the glue of experiences!
Porkpie: Pictures are for sharing. Sharing elicits comments and reactions, which thus contextualize the experience within my life as a whole. Sharing provides PERMANENCE.
Porkpie: If you want to go GAWK at something just to ABANDON it to your MEMORY, be my guest, but I don't see the point.
Tophat: I feel like we should have a talk about this, but then I worry that if we're not recording it, you won't remember it.
Porkpie: HARRY! I wouldn't RECORD a private conversation between us! I'd just post a screenshot of the transcript
